Glenwood Landing, NY Vanderbilt Realty has welcomed Ben Schulman and Joseph Giordano to the firm. 

Schulman graduated of the University of Maryland last May and is a native Long Islander, born and raised in Nassau County. His desire has always been to build a career in the commercial real estate arena. While Schulman deals in all asset classes his specialty is in the retail sector, handling investment sales and leasing. 

Giordano previously worked as an  executive chef and was the former owner of multiple restaurants. He has since transitioned himself into the real estate world. He will be heading up the specialty division at Vanderbilt Realty overseeing the sales and leasing for the restaurant sector. 

Vanderbilt Realty is a full-service commercial broker headquartered on the north shore of Nassau County in Glenwood Landing.
