Schuckman Realty handles lease of 1.5 acre development site in Deer Park

Deer Park, NY Schuckman Realty Inc. has facilitated the leasing of a 1.5 acre corner development site at 450 Commack Rd. The site will be developed for a convenience store with gas sales.

Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty represented the tenant, Bolla Market, while Kenneth Schuckman and Jessica Vilmenay, also of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord.

The gas and convenience store are expected to open in 2022 and will provide gasoline and diesel fuel sales with a branded convenience store with fast-food options such as Burger King, Time Hortons, Pizza Hut and Red Mango.
