Schuckman of Schuckman Realty leases 22,000 s/f
Wild by Nature, an independent subsidiary of King Kullen Grocery, has opened a new 22,000 s/f store in Captree Shopping Center on Union Blvd., its fifth Long Island location. Kenneth Schuckman, president of Schuckman Realty Inc., is the exclusive broker for the shopping center and negotiated the Wild by Nature deal along with Ripco Realty.
The remainder of the 36,000 s/f store, formerly occupied by King Kullen, has been leased to Dollar Tree.
