Schuckman of Schuckman Realty leases 1,500 s/f at TRITEC property

tritec-exteriorPatchogue, NY According to TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc., SmallCakes Cupcakery and creamery has signed a lease for 1,500 s/f on Main St. in New Village at Patchogue. New Village at Patchogue is a 291-unit mixed-use development. 

SmallCake specializes in gourmet cupcakes and cupcake ice cream. SmallCakes has over 100 locations in the U.S. and two locations in Dubai.

SmallCakes specializes in gourmet cupcakes baked fresh daily and small batch cupcake infused ice cream. Cupcake flavors include Pink Vanilla, Chocolate Cream and Red Velvet. USA Today voted SmallCakes Top Cupcake place to visit in the U.S. and in 2015 was recognized as one of the fastest growing food brands by Restaurant Business magazine.

SmallCakes launched cupcake infused ice cream with flavors Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, 24 Karrot Cake and more.
