Schuckman, Colantonio of Schuckman Realty broker 3,500 s/f long-term retail lease at Mobil Building at 150 East 42nd St. with DeJaneiro Stores

Manhattan, NY Schuckman Realty’s Kenneth Schuckman and Matt Colantonio closed a 3,500 s/f long-term retail lease at the Mobil Building at 150 East 42nd St. with DeJaneiro Stores. The Schuckman team represented the tenant and the landlord.

Asking rent was $225 per s/f.

The store will occupies 2,100 s/f on the ground floor and 1,400 s/f on the lower level. The prior tenant was a pop-up clothing store.

“DeJaneiro is looking to take advantage of the enormous foot traffic at this location on a highly visible corner across from Grand Central Station,” said  Colantonio.
