Schuckman and Malul of Schuckman Realty lease 4,000 s/f; Stone of Cushman & Wakefield reps tenant, GoHealth

Schuckman Realty has arranged the 4,000 s/f lease of property located at 243 Merrick Rd. North Shore Long Island Jewish GoHealth has signed a 15-year triple net lease of this fully renovated former luggage store. The property is located on Merrick Rd. south of Sunrise Hwy. between North Park Ave. and North Village Ave. on a retail corridor including numerous medical and professional offices. GoHealth Urgent Care Centers treat most non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries during traditional business hours as well as evenings and weekends, offering a convenient alternative to hospital emergency departments. The 4,000 s/f facility offers a triage room and four private exam rooms. Kenneth Schuckman, president, and Ari Malul, associate broker, of Schuckman Realty, represented landlord, and Michael Stone of Cushman & Wakefield represented tenant.
