Schoen and Neugeboren of Savitt Partners represent tenant in 10,000 s/f lease
Concepts in Time has renewed its 10,000 s/f lease at 45 West 36th St. The company will continue to house its showrooms and offices on the fourth floor of the 12-story building owned by Samco Properties.
Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners represented Concepts in Time in the long-term lease renewal. The father-daughter team of Jeffery and Melissa Smith acted on behalf of Samco Properties, a family-owned business.
