Melville, NY Paul Schneider, senior director, and Carmine Inserra, principal, of NAI Long Island, represented the tenant in the lease of office space located at 135 Pinelawn Rd. The tenant, Wellqor LLC, leased the space from landlord, Greenway Office Park, LLC. Wellqor will initially occupy 944 s/f, and will then move to a 1,181 s/f office space.
