Schertz joins Ariel Property Advisors’ investment sales group

Sam Schertz

Manhattan, NY Ariel Property Advisors hired Sam Schertz as a professional in the investment sales group. Schertz brings over a decade of experience in investment sales and capital markets to the firm and will focus on leading business development and initiatives in Northern Manhattan.

Schertz said, “I’m incredibly excited to join Ariel and contribute to the dynamic Investment Sales Group. I look forward to leveraging my experience to lead business development and networking in Northern Manhattan, and to help further strengthen Ariel’s presence in this vital market.”

Before joining Ariel Property Advisors, Schertz held positions in investment sales and capital markets at Avison Young, where he primarily focused on the Northern Manhattan and Bronx markets. He also previously worked as a broker with Schuckman Realty Inc., a full-service commercial real estate services firm serving New York City, Long Island and New Jersey.

Schertz holds a BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
