Schenectady mayor Stratton speaks at CIREB's Feb. marketing session

Mayor Brian Stratton spoke to CIREB's membership at the February marketing session. CIREB's membership heard first hand from Stratton of the resurgence that the city is experiencing and his plans to take the city into the future. Trinity Realty Group hosted this session at 1866 State St. The property is 30,000 s/f and sits on 2.6 acres with 200 car parking. This site also features great visibility and signage, one rear drive-in loading dock, 10' ceilings. TL Metzger and Associates will host the March marketing session at the Ten Eyck Building -18 North Pearl St. in downtown Albany. CIREB's marketing sessions are held on the first Thursday of every month from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. These sessions are free to CIREB members. There is a nominal charge of $10 for guests.
