Schechter and Seider of Pyramid Brokerage Co. secure $450,000 sale; Mulawka Properties purchases 5,160 s/f former fire hall

Mulawka Properties LLC has purchased a former fire hall property located at 4470 Bayview Rd. from Big Tree Volunteer Fire Company Inc. The sale price for the 5,160 s/f facility on 1.47 acres was $450,000. Richard Schechter and David Seider of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for the transaction. Additionally, Pyramid has another 16,384 s/f former fire hall property available at 4307 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, NY
