Schachner and Canzoneri join Sperry Van Ness

Aric Schachner has joined Long Island's newest commercial real estate brokerage, Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors, in Holbrook, as administrative director. Schachner formerly was a project coordinator-strategic alliance service at Omnicom Group Inc. in New York City, "Aric Schachner's talents and knowledge of technology will be key to the success of Sperry Van Ness on Long Island," said David Madigan, president. Guy Canzoneri, a commercial real estate broker experienced in investment sales, also joined Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors as a senior investment advisor and director of the firm's newly created investment sales team. Canzoneri formerly was a top-producing broker at Robert Florea Investment Realty Inc., Melville. He got his start in real estate in 1996 with Breslin Realty Development Corp., Garden City, which he left in 1999. His focus at Sperry Van Ness will be investment sales of shopping centers, multifamily residential and single-tenant triple-net retail properties. "We are grateful to have Guy Cazoneri's experience in investment sales and as head of our new investment sale division we'll be counting on him to drive this new facet of our business," said Madigan.
