Manhattan, NY Savills has promoted Allyson Bowen to vice chairman in the firm’s New York office, recognizing her tenure, client work and success as one of the firm’s top producers in the city.
Over the course of a career spanning more than two decades at Savills, Bowen has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to occupiers navigating complex real estate decisions in New York City and beyond. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, media, financial services, consulting and nonprofit organizations.
She is known for pairing her strategic judgment with a highly hands-on approach to execution.

In her role, Bowen oversees all aspects of the transaction process, including strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiation and execution. Notable clients include AlphaSense, Sony, BDT & MSD Partners, L.E.K. Consulting, and Via Transportation.
Bowen’s work has included several high-profile assignments that helped define her career and demonstrate the breadth of her capabilities. Early in her tenure, she was part of the team representing the New York Law School in its 500,000 s/f redevelopment initiative in Tribeca and served as the lead New York broker for Savills work with the General Services Administration, including the negotiations for the federal government to anchor the new One World Trade Center.

Bowen has received numerous industry honors throughout her career, including recognition as one of BISNOW’s “50 Most Influential Women in New York Commercial Real Estate” and CREW’s “20 Under 40.” She was also part of the team that received REBNY’s first-place “Henry Hart Rice Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award.
Outside of her client work, Bowen is a founding member and chair of the Yale Alumni Real Estate Association and is active in a range of professional and community organizations.
