David Ruggiero and Guy Benn have joined Savills LLC as VPs. Both executives bring a range of real estate banking experience to Savills.
Prior to joining Savills, Ruggiero worked in Goldman Sachs' investment banking division, where he was responsible for the underwriting and financial due diligence for several major transactions. He previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield.
Benn will focus on cross-border transactions, specifically advising overseas clients on ways to tap the U.S. commercial real estate investment market, and advising domestic investors on opportunities overseas. Â Benn joined the London office of parent company Savills in 2000, qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2003. Â In 2004, Benn joined Savills' City Investment Team.
