Savanna signs two leases at 80 Broad St./104 West 40th Street totaling 9,648 s/f; Includes a 5,790 s/f lease handled by Newmark Knight Frank and Colliers

Savanna has signed two leases totaling 9,648 s/f. The deals include: * Educational Networks, Inc., a proprietary education web-based Content Management System (CMS), signed a new lease at 80 Broad St. occupying 5,790 rentable s/f on the 25th floor for a six-year term. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Robert Corbi of Colliers International represented the tenant. * Cohen Partners LLC, an independent insurance brokerage, has signed a new lease at 104 West 40th St., occupying 3,858 rentable s/f on a portion of the 10th floor for a ten-year term. Mike Movshovich, Neil King and Paul Amrich, of CBRE represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Robin Fisher and Taylor Scheinman of Newmark & Co. Real Estate, Inc. represented the tenant.
