Savanna completes three leases totaling 15,645 s/f
Savanna, owner of 80 Broad St., has arranged three new leases at its property totaling 15,645 s/f:
* Mekanism, Inc. leased 10,100 s/f on the 35th and 36th floors for a ten-year term. Hal Stein, Todd Stracci, and Adam Leshowitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) represented Savanna, while Sam King and Gerry Miovski of CBRE represented the tenant.
* NYSSCOA has leased 3,485 s/f on a portion of the 12th floor for a ten-year term. Stein, Stracci, and Leshowitz represented Savanna, while David Kahane of DAK Commercial Realty, LLC represented the tenant.
* Dig Inn has leased 2,060 s/f on a portion of the ground floor for a 12-year term. Amy Zhen and Marc Frankel of NGKF represented Savanna, while David Latman of DLL Real Estate represented tenant.
