Saul joins The Rochlin Organization as market research administrator

Joann Saul, a commercial real estate marketing specialist and well-known industry statistician, has joined The Rochlin Organization as market research administrator. "Because I have known and worked alongside Joann Saul for many years, I am especially pleased that she has decided to join our rapidly growing company," said Adam Rochlin, president of Jericho-based The Rochlin Organization. "Joann brings valuable experience and professionalism, both of which are necessary for the firm to successfully compete in challenging markets." Saul was a lease administrative manager at CLK/HP, a commercial landlord based in Woodbury. She also served as director of marketing and communications at the Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis and before that as manager-research consulting services at Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island. "I look forward to putting my substantial research and marketing experience to work at The Rochlin Organization, " Saul said. Saul was named one of Long Island's Marketing Achievers by Long Island Business News in 2005 and is an associate member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
