Saperston Real Estate Corporation completes $650,000 sale
The sale of a 13,000 s/f office building at 2495 Kensington Ave. near Main St. has been completed. The purchaser, an entity controlled by Todd Shatkin, will be expanding his dental practice into about 40% of the building. He will also continue his operations at his current location across the street at 2500 Kensington Ave. The sellers, five partners of Rupp Baase, attorneys, have consolidated their offices into space in the Liberty Building downtown.
The sale price was $650,000. The transaction was negotiated by Howard Saperston, Jr., of Saperston Real Estate. According to Saperston, the building was only on the market for less than a month and attracted a lot of interest before a deal was struck.
