Santomassimo of the Massimo Group to launch Massimo University

CARY, NC In an innovative move that extends its mission to propel the success of commercial real estate professionals, the Massimo Group revealed its partnership with  BoBarron.com to launch Massimo University, an online platform offering high-impact courses specific to the CRE industry and focused on building personal and team business, according to company founder and president Rod Santomassimo. The Massimo Group’s private consulting and coaching clients include some of the most successful and best-known commercial real estate professionals in the industry. While organizations and private companies frequently create educational programs for their members or staff, it is rare for a consulting firm to make a series of educational courses available for purchase to non-clients. The first course, “Creating a Dominant Digital Presence,” is facilitated by Bo Barron, one of the industry’s pre-eminent thought leaders, a Massimo Group coach, and now a partner with Santomassimo in the new e-learning platform. “Unlike our one-on-one coaching services, which involve in-depth discussions with our clients, these online courses are more about training professionals in the essential elements of CRE success,” Santomassimo says. “The techniques we teach will help anyone become a more focused and successful professional. We are making them available for short periods only so that we can answer any questions promptly, while still concentrating on our personal coaching clients. “I could not be more thrilled to partner with Bo on this new platform,” Santomassimo adds. “I have known and worked with Bo in some form for the past 12 years, and he is the natural, logical and easy choice of partner for this new venture.” The decision to launch with a focus on technology was deliberate, notes Barron, also a syndicator, speaker, author and leading CRE blogger. Barron will act as Dean of Massimo University. “This course allows The Massimo Group literally to practice what we preach, as we bring some of the highlights of our coaching into a digital format,” Barron says. “Does it replace the personal services that have led our clients to incredible success? No. But it does provide a way for time-pressed professionals to improve their skills at their own pace.” The Digital Presence course will launch on September 15, 2015. Santomassimo has developed the next course, on Goal Setting, which will be released later this year. Fees for courses will be announced as they are introduced. “We fully expect to continue expanding these courses throughout 2016, building on our well-earned reputation for consulting and coaching,” adds Santomassimo, also the author of the best-selling ‘Brokers Who Dominate,’ and the upcoming ‘Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate,’ to be published in October. “Our mission is to help build a more professional, more successful commercial real estate industry, and Massimo University is another tool to help us do that.”
