Santaniello and Florio of Stongate handle $400,000 sale of 819 s/f retail property

Island Park, NY Stonegate Real Estate has arranged the $400,000 sale of 4451 Austin Blvd. Lauren Santaniello and Dominque Florio of Stonegate represented the buyer and seller of the 819 s/f retail property.

Stonegate exclusively represents the buyer (a farm store retail chain out of Florida) in Southern Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
