Sansivero joins The Rochlin Organization

The Rochlin Organization, commercial property advisers specializing in landlord representation, has established a retail division and brought in an experienced retail specialist to oversee it. Jim Sansivero, who has more than 20 years of experience in retail real estate, has joined The Rochlin Organization as managing director of the firm's retail division. Sansivero formerly was a senior associate in the Long Island retail department of CB Richard Ellis. "Jim's successful track record is proof of his expertise in the areas of landlord representation as-well-as tenant representation. He has a reputation for honesty and integrity," said Adam Rochlin, founder and principal of the Rochlin Organization." Sansivero has represented numerous national retail tenants and shopping center developers and owners. "I look forward to bringing my substantial experience as a retail specialist to The Rochlin Organization, where I can create a business line within a well-respected organization of talented individuals with whom I share the same goals, values, and high standards," Sansivero said.
