Salomone and LaPerch of Prudential Serls Prime Properties broker $15.25 million sale

Prudential Serls Prime Properties Commercial Group recently brokered the sale of a newly built 75,000 s/f retail and office complex on Rte. 52 in Hopewell Junction for a sales price of $15.25 million. The complex, Heritage Sq., was purchased from EF Properties, LLC by Dutchess Heritage Sq. Partners, LLC. This is Dutchess Heritage Sq. Partners first investment in Dutchess County. The class A center is 98% leased, and provides upside potential for income growth with true asset appreciation going forward. Heritage Sq. tenants include Applied Materials, Prudential Serls Prime Properties, Peza Grill and The Little Gym. Licensed associate brokers Steven Salomone and Tom LaPerch of Prudential Serls Prime Properties Commercial Group were the brokers.
