Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker opens N.Y.C. office at Chrysler building

According to Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker, PLLC, the law firm is expanding with the opening of a N.Y.C. office inside the Chrysler Building at 405 Lexington Ave., 26th Floor. The new office will enable the firm to better service those clients in the Metropolitan area, especially as both the firm's N.Y.C. land-use and zoning, and litigation practices continue to grow. Partner Dan Braff is leading the development of the firm's N.Y.C. land use and zoning practice with an emphasis on matters before the board of standards and appeals, the city planning commission, the department of buildings and the landmarks preservation commission. Braff also provides zoning analyses and counsels clients in connection with air rights transfers throughout the five boroughs. "We are excited to open our New York City office and continue to develop our New York City land use and zoning practice," said Michael Sahn, managing partner, Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker, PLLC.
