Safeguard Realty arranges four storefront leases totaling 7,800 s/f

Safeguard Realty Management, Inc. brokered the following four storefront transactions at 3044 and 3055 Third Ave. and 114 West 116th St., Harlem totaling 7,800 s/f: * At 3044 and 3055 Third Ave. Spencer Cohen and Anthony Gagliano represented both the landlord and the tenant in: a ten-year lease of 1,200 s/f leased by My Wellness Solution; a ten-year lease of 2,600 s/f, leased by Efficient Medical Diagnostic; and a ten-year lease of 2,500 s/f leased by H & H Services Physical Therapy. * At 114 West 116th St. Gagliano also represented both the landlord and the tenant in a 3.5-year lease of 1,500 s/f leased by Jackson-Hewitt Tax Services.
