Sabre Real Estate Group arranges 19,000 s/f lease for Savers, Lamport and Bomzer represent landlord, Allied Properties

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan region's newest retail brokerage, has arranged a lease for Savers, one of the largest privately held thrift-store chain in North America. Savers, based in Bellevue, Wash., will occupy the 19,000 s/f, freestanding retail site at 755 Larkfield Rd., formerly occupied by Sixth Avenue Electronics. An opening date has not been announced. Beth Lamport, an executive vice president of Sabre, and Doug Bomzer, a senior director, represented the landlord, Allied Properties. Katz & Associates represented the tenant. Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation. Sabre also offers retail, restaurant and franchise consultation services, investment sales and property management.
