Sabre promotes Bomzer as associate director

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the newest retail real estate brokerage in the metropolitan area, has promoted Douglas Bomzer to associate director. Bomzer, a senior associate since joining Sabre in 2011 from Breslin Realty, specializes in retail tenant representation. "Douglas Bomzer has earned this promotion by repeatedly demonstrating his ability to think like a retailer. Doug always puts the interest of his clients first and goes the extra mile to get the job done," said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre. Bomzer has been successful in bringing to Long Island, such new retailers as UFC Gym, Rue21, and Bolton's. A resident of Sayville, he has a bachelor's degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University and is a member of the ICSC, the Retail Network, the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island and the Long Island Real Estate Group.
