S&Z named exclusive agent for 62,000 s/f

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC (S&Z) has been named the exclusive agent for 62,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 2500 Marcus Ave., according to Sanford Zuckerbrot, chairman of the firm. S&Z's John G.J. Ritter, executive vice president, and Bob Weinstein, director of industrial brokerage, are the exclusive agents. The entire condominium space is available for purchase, but there is also an option to rent a 50,650 s/f block. The space for lease includes 43,650 s/f for warehouse use and 7,000 s/f of offices. The industrial portion, with 20-foot ceiling heights, is fireproof and sprinklered, 100 percent air-conditioned, and has four exterior loading docks. The 62,000 s/f property also includes 11,350 s/f of class A executive offices, of which a 2,600 s/f block is also available for rent. "This complex is considered one of the most beautiful combinations of office and industrial properties on the market," said Ritter.
