Ryu of EXIT Realty reps buyer in $2.1 million sale of commercial condo; Lansco Corp. reps seller, Girolle; Buyer was Seong Ji America

EXIT Realty Landmark represented the buyer in the purchase of a condo at 87 Hudson St. in Tribeca, former site of the New York Mercantile Exchange trading floor. The seller, Girolle, Inc. was represented by Lansco, Corp. and earned notoriety for its operation of La Chanterelle, by Karen and David Waltuck. Waltuck is a 2007 James Beard award winner. The buyer, Seong Ji America, Inc. was represented by Ben Ryu of EXIT Realty Landmark. The contract for the $2.1 million sale was inked in an all-cash deal. The space will be used for an ethnic restaurant concept conceived by the culinary minds behind Jung Sik Dang. Utilizing the network of information provided by EXIT Realty, Ryu counseled them through the transaction.
