Russo of Sabre with Briskin and Feil of Feil Org. arrange 4,860 s/f lease; Gordon of Sabre handles 3,250 s/f, Southgate Rlty. assists

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the New York metropolitan area's newest retail brokerage firm, has arranged a lease in the Commack Corners Shopping Center for Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union, its first in Suffolk County The 4,860 s/f branch, which opened recently at 6500 Jericho Tpke., is NEFCU's 11th branch. Anthony Russo, a vice president of Sabre, arranged the lease with the Feil Organization, owner of the 66,000 s/f shopping center at the corner of Commack Rd. and Jericho Tpke. Randall Briskin and Brian Feil represented Feil in-house. Additionally, Sabre has arranged a lease on behalf of the Game Table, a video game store, in the Quality Plaza Shopping Center in Hicksville. The 3,250 s/f store is scheduled to open in December at 954 S. Broadway, within the 22,500 s/f strip center. The space formerly was occupied by Gino's Pizza. Amanda Gordon, senior associate at Sabre, represented the landlord, Quality Plaza Realty LLC. Southgate Realty Corp. represented the tenant.
