Russo of Katz & Associates leases 22,000 s/f to Retro Fitness; Lee and Skelos of NGKF represent landlord

According to Katz & Associates, Retro Fitness is now under construction for a new 22,000 s/ft location located at 49 North Franklin St. (the former OTB Headquarters.) Retro Fitness is scheduled to open this summer. This 15-year deal will be Retro Fitness' 14th location on Long Island. Anthony Russo of Katz & Associates, represented Retro Fitness. Brian Lee and Basil Skelos of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. Katz & Associates has represented Retro Fitness for the past eight years and has completed over 36 additional transactions in NJ, NY, CT, PA, MD and VA.
