Ruskin Moscou Faltischek elevates Klein, Didora and Sullivan to partner

According to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., attorneys Chava Eva Klein, Matthew Didora and Jonathan Sullivan have been elevated to partner status. Klein is a member of the firm's real estate department, where she counsels clients in all aspects of real estate transactions. Klein also represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts for major developments, as well as representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing. Didora is a member of the firm's litigation department. He has represented clients in all phases of commercial litigation. Didora has lectured on various topics involving litigation in NYS court and has co-authored a series of articles on corporate dissolution proceeding that have appeared in the New York Law Journal. Sullivan is a member of the firm's litigation department and the firm's environmental practice group. He has experience in trial and appellate advocacy, and had represented clients in commercial cases. Sullivan also has experience in municipal law matters.
