Rupprecht of CBRE | Syracuse named 2012 Producer of the Year

Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, CBRE | Syracuse senior broker, was named CBRE | Syracuse 2012 Producer of the Year and was named to the list of the CBRE Group, Inc. 2012 Top Affiliate Office Performers. Notable deals that Rupprecht brokered were the $2 million sale of 6055 Court Street Rd., a 195,000 s/f industrial facility; as well as the long-term lease of 25,650 s/f of office space at 103 Commerce Blvd., Liverpool. "I have worked with a great many outstanding clients, brokers and associates, both within and outside CBRE | Syracuse," said Rupprecht. "I am grateful for that opportunity." Rupprecht is a resident of the Town of Clay.
