Rupprecht and Feinberg of CBRE/Syracuse sell 35,000 s/f bldg. to Vantage Equipment for $750,000
According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse, Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, and Bart Feinberg were the listing agents in the $750,000 sale of 5985 Court St. Rd. Vantage Equipment, a Volvo construction equipment dealership, purchased the 35,000 s/f industrial building which they previously occupied as a tenant. Emhoff Associates represented the buyer.
