Ruppert named vice president/portfolio manager at Empire National Bank

Matthew Ruppert has been promoted to vice president/portfolio manager at Empire National Bank. He previously held the title of assistant vice president/portfolio manager. Ruppert, a five-year employee, began his banking career as a credit analyst at State Bank of Long Island.
