Rufrano and Wong of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates broker 40,000 s/f lease in Brooklyn
According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged a 40,000 s/f lease for produce distributor L&J Produce at 211 Lombardy St. in the Greenpoint section. The new lease represents a relocation and expansion for the company, which was formerly located in the Fort Hamilton section. The space, a one-story building owned by Whitehead Properties, totals 80,000 s/f. For many years, it was occupied by Acme Steel and has since been turned into a two-tenant building. Fred Rufrano and Linda Wong of KDA represented the owner and tenant, respectively.
