Rudes named senior vice president at CresaPartners

CresaPartners has appointed Wesley Rudes senior vice president. An expert with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Rudes previously was executive managing director at Murray Hill Properties. He has completed more than three million square feet of transactions, representing both tenants and landlords in New York and elsewhere in the nation. Rudes' past projects include the sale of 75 Broad St. to JEMB Realty; multiple lease transactions for Portware, LLC, most recently 28,000 s/f at the Woolworth Building; numerous deals for New York Internet Co., totaling 70,000 s/f; and over 100,000 s/f of completed leases for Reliance Insurance. In addition, he was instrumental in creating the "Plug and Go" program in New York City and in developing the area known as "Silicon Alley." Rudes holds a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Albany. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
