Royal Properties opens Hapik Rock Climbing in Yonkers

Yonkers, NY According to Royal Properties, Inc., Hapik, an indoor climbing park, has opened for business, occupying an 11,000 s/f space.  

Ridge Hill is a 1.3 million s/f open-air regional shopping and lifestyle center made up of premium retailers, restaurants, and entertainment such as Whole Foods, LA Fitness, Showcase Cinema De Lux, The Container Store, Legoland Discovery Center, Monster Mini Golf, Rockin’ Jump, Apple, L.L. Bean, Banana Republic, Sephora, Guitar Center, H&M, Uniqlo, The Cheesecake Factory, Yard House, Texas de Brazil, and many more. Ridge Hill offers multi-level parking structures and ease of access off highways. This center is located directly off I-87 (NY State Thruway) and the Sprain Brook Parkway. 

“We are thrilled to bring another experiential retailer to Ridge Hill. Ridge Hill drew Hapik in with its’  curated balance of luxury and local co-tenancy of restaurants and  
retailers,” said David Landes, principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who represented the landlord in this transaction.
