Royal Properties and Charter Realty lease 17,588 s/f to Sierra Trading Post at Poughkeepsie Plaza

Poughkeepsie, NY According to Royal Properties, Inc., Sierra Trading Post signed a 10-year lease with four five-year options for 17,588 s/f and is now open for business at Poughkeepsie Plaza, 2600 South Rd. (Rte. 9).

“The addition of Sierra adds to the strength of this already dominant shopping center in the market,” said Scott Meshil of Royal Props., exclusive leasing broker for Poughkeepsie Plaza. Dan Zelson of Charter Realty & Development Corp. represented Sierra Trading Post.

Poughkeepsie Plaza is a 182,345 s/f shopping center with visibility from Rte. 9, signaled access, and parking for 660 vehicles.

Sierra joined co-tenants, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, JoAnn Fabrics, TGI Friday’s, Mattress Firm, Chase Bank, Phenix Salon Suites, Just-A-Buck, The UPS Store, Wendy’s, Famous Footwear and more. Neighboring retailers include Stop & Shop, Burlington, Price Chopper, Starbucks, Staples, McDonald’s, CVS, Michael’s, Dollar Tree, Catherine’s, Mavis, Millspaugh Furniture, Barnes & Noble, ULTA, Harbor Freight Tools, PetSmart, Verizon and more.
