Roth of NAI Long Island represents ownership in $4.85 million sale

Kenneth Roth, currently affiliated with NAI Long Island, exclusively represented ownership in the sale of 136 Northern Blvd., a 6,000 s/f retail building, previously occupied by Blockbuster and three local retail tenants. The property was purchased for $4.85 million by an entity associated with the developer Kevin Kim. NAI Long Island provides services that cover sales, leasing, tenant/landlord representation, property management and consulting services.
