Rosner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island brokers 5,062 s/f lease; Donovan of JLL represents tenant, SUNY RF

Lee Rosner, CCIM, SIOR, managing principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, has completed a 5,062 s/f office lease on the 4th floor at One Suffolk Sq., 1601 Veterans Memorial Hwy. Rosner represented the landlord, HUB Properties. Bob Donovan of JLL represented the tenant, The Research Foundation for the State University of New York (SUNY RF).
