Rosner and McGuire of NAI LI sell Blue Point Marina for $6.7 million

Blue Point, NY NAI Long Island, the Long Island office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, negotiated the sale of the Blue Point Marina.

The sale price was $6.7 million.

Lee Rosner, managing principal and Brian McGuire, senior director represented both the purchaser, Blue Point Marina Operations, LLC and the seller, 10 Corey Avenue, LLC in the transaction.

The132-slip marina is located on the south shore of Long Island in Central Suffolk County and has immediate access to the Great South Bay and is directly across from the Fire Island National Seashore with access to the Fire Island communities to the east and west of the Fire Island Barrier Islands.
