Rosner and Crawford of NAI Long Island lease 1,869 s/f at West Shopping Center

East Setauket, NY Managing principal Lee Rosner and senior director Neil Crawford of NAI Long Island negotiated a long-term lease agreement for 1,869 s/f of completely renovated restaurant space to Chico’s Tex Mex at West Shopping Center, 198-250 Rte. 25A.

Chico’s Tex Mex is an expanding business offering fresh cuisine. Chico’s opened its flagship location in Selden. This will be the second brick and mortar location for Chico’s.

NAI Long Island is the exclusive leasing agent for the West Shopping Center.
