
Brooklyn, NY Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of a 27-unit multifamily building in East Flatbush for $2.4 million.
The four-story walk-up building at 290 East 53rd St. was built in 1920.
It sold for a cap rate of 8.23%, a GRM of 5.91, and a price per unit of $88,889. The 25,836 s/f building also sold at $93 per s/f.
Rosewood’s Aaron Jungreis, Ben Khakshoor and Eli Shayestehpour represented the seller, Barberry Rose Management and the buyer, Mike Kim.
