Rosewood brokers multiple sales totaling $55.15 million; Jungreis completes $27 million sale

Rosewood Realty Group brokered the following sales totaling $55.15 million: * The $27 million sale of 3351-3359 & 3420-3428 Broadway in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan. The two six-story elevator apartment buildings total 108,078 s/f and consist of 80 apartments and 12 commercial units. Aaron Jungreis represented the seller, Bldg. Oceanside LLC and the buyer, Cob 3351 Broadway LLC. * The $10.8 million sale of 2255 Grand Concourse (between 182nd and 183rd Sts.) Fordham Heights, Bronx. The 81,450 s/f six-story elevator apartment building features 68 apartments and 10 commercial tenants. Jungreis represented the buyer, Parkash 2255 LLC and the seller, 2255 Concourse LLC. * The $10 million sale of 2701 Webb Ave. & 131 West Kingsbridge Rd., Jerome Park, Bronx. The two contiguous six-story apartment buildings total 100,074 s/f and feature 70 apartments and seven commercial units. Jungreis represented the buyer, a private investor and the sellers, 131 Ellsworth Enterprises LLC and 2701 Charlojack LLC. * The $750,000 sale of 711 East 183rd St. in Belmont, Bronx. This 8,640 s/f four-story walk-up apartment building features eight apartments and one commercial unit. Ryan Perkoski represented the seller, 711 East 183rd Street Realty Management, LLC and Michael Guttman represented the buyer, Bronx 711 LLC. * The $6.6 million sale of 3728 Ave. K in Flatlands, Brooklyn. The 41,596 s/f four-story walk-up apartment building features 58 apartments. Jungreis represented the seller, 3728 Ave. K LLC and the buyer, a private local investor.
