Rosenblatt of CBC Alliance reps VCS in 5,600 s/f lease expansion; Meagher, Marshall and Amrich of CBRE rep landlord

According to Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance, a national real estate services firm, Jeffrey Rosenblatt, executive managing director of the firm's New York office represented footwear design company the Vince Camuto Shoes (VCS) Group in the company's recent lease expansion at 1370 Avenue of the Americas. VCS Group, which has occupied space in the building since 2002, is now leasing an additional 5,600 s/f on the 9th floor. With this new expansion, the trendy fashion retailer will occupy 33,000 s/f of showroom space on the entire eighth, ninth and fifteenth floors of the property. In addition, VCS Group is now the largest tenant in the building. "A leader in the fashion industry, expanding at 1370 Avenue of the Americas to three full floors was the right move for the Vince Camuto brand," said Rosenblatt. Patrice Meagher, Jackie Marshall and Paul Amrich of CBRE represented the landlord. Rosenblatt also recently represented VCS Group in their expansion and renewal prior to this transaction. Some of the Camuto Group's brands include Vince Camuto, Jessica Simpson, Tory Burch, BCBG Maxazria, & Lucky Brand.
