With this new expansion, the trendy fashion retailer will occupy 33,000 s/f of showroom space on the entire eighth, ninth and fifteenth floors of the property. In addition, VCS Group is now the largest tenant in the building. "A leader in the fashion industry, expanding at 1370 Avenue of the Americas to three full floors was the right move for the Vince Camuto brand," said Rosenblatt.
