Manhattan, NY According to Rose Associates, Inc., the New York-based multifamily real estate developer and manager, three of its employees have recently graduated from the Real Estate Board of New York’s Fellows Leadership Program. LeAnn Cremin, Omar Mahmoud and Vincent Cricco are the Rose team members who completed the leadership development training that is at the core of REBNY Fellows.

“We are fully dedicated to developing the careers of our employees and I am very proud of the effort made by LeAnn, Ohmar and Vincent to achieve this certification,” said Amy Rose, CEO of Rose Associates. “REBNY is a valuable institution that has always been a great partner to Rose and so many other New York City-based real estate organizations. I applaud the work they are doing with their Fellows Leadership Program and we look forward to engaging with this program in the future.”

Each year, REBNY selects 20 rising real estate leaders from diverse backgrounds to participate in the Fellows Leadership Program. It is a high-impact, six-month training curriculum that focuses on developing the leadership skills needed to solve complex challenges, assess multiple perspectives and collaborate effectively. The program also focuses on advocacy and civic leadership training.

Mahmoud acts as a general manager at Rose while Cremin and Cricco are both portfolio managers. The first Rose team member to complete the REBNY program was Sally Nogueria, a Rose portfolio manager who graduated Fellows in 2023.

The REBNY Fellows Leadership Program is designed to cultivate diverse talent and build a leadership pipeline that brings new ideas, experiences and relationships to the table to fuel growth and innovation. REBNY’s partner in the effort is the Coro New York Leadership Center, New York City’s premier civic leadership training organization.
