Services negotiates three leases

290 Knickerbocker Avenue - Bohemia, NY

Bohemia, NY Nicholas Romano of Metro Realty Services, LLC negotiated three leases totaling more than 14,000 s/f.

Romano leased 6,000 s/f at 290 Knickerbocker Ave., to Shaolin Studios LLC.

Romano leased 965 s/f at 327 Skidmore Rd., unit B in Deer Park, to Peter Aruta.

And in West Babylon, Romano leased 7,500 s/f at 66 Otis St. units C & D to Peter Aruta.

Romano represented both the tenant and the landlord, Robert Birnbaum, in all three transactions.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
