Roglieri of Prime Commercial Lending provides $5 million revolving loan facility

"Our experience working with rapidly-growing companies, especially those serving the burgeoning energy industry enabled us to find the right structure and terms for Ajax's specific needs and provide the capital to support their growth plans."
Ajax was founded in 2010 to provide integrated consulting, energy services and water management to the oil and natural gas industries. The company has operations in eight states and employees more than 200 people.
