Rockledge and Churchwick Partners buy 104 key Sonesta ES suites in Cleveland, OH
Cleveland, OH Together with Churchwick Partners, Rockledge, led by David Kaye and Joe Listhaus, has closed on 104 key Sonesta ES Suites. This marks Rockledges third asset purchased in Ohio and brings the Ohio key count to 368. This is also the 11th Sonesta hotel purchased and brings the hospitality asset count to 15 and total key count to 1,745.
The deal was brokered by Ryan Bodine of NewGen Advisory.
