Rockefeller Group appoints Noorigian as chief people officer

Manhattan, NY Rockefeller Group announced that Greg Noorigian has joined the company as senior vice president and chief people officer. Based in New York, he leads the company’s Human Resources department, succeeding Patricia Glorioso in the role following her retirement.

Noorigian was most recently chief human resources officer for Revantage, Blackstone’s real estate services platform. At Rockefeller Group, he will lead a team focused on growth across a U.S. platform with 12 offices across the country. Rockefeller Group has a $6 billion development pipeline with approximately 48 projects in 16 states and Washington, D.C., totaling approximately 23 million s/f.

Noorigian has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and general human resources practices at leading public and private companies, with extensive experience in benefits and payroll, compensation, learning and development. His experience at Revantage provided deep sector expertise in all aspects of real estate across multiple geographies and asset classes.

Prior to Revantage, Noorigian was vice president, global executive recruitment for PepsiCo, in Purchase, NY, and held a variety of HR leadership roles at Pfizer Inc., in Manhattan. He started his career at Russell Reynolds Associates in New York with a focus on executive search. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
